The Rotary Foundation’s Rotary Peace Fellowship Program

The Rotary Foundation’s goal is to promote world understanding and peace. One of the ways the Rotary Foundation seeks to achieve this goal is through its Peace Fellowship Program. By sending qualified individuals for postgraduate study at a university in another country, this Rotary-sponsored academy seeks to:

  • Support and advance research and teaching to promote peace, goodwill, and resolution of conflict through advanced international educational opportunities;
  • Inspire people to work for a culture of peace and tolerance to generate interaction between practitioners and academics; and
  • Provide a means for the Rotary Foundation and Rotarians to promote greater tolerance and cooperation among people.
